Law and Consumer Rights Seminar - April 19th @ 2:00 pm

The seminar, hosted by attorney Mark R. Sander, will cover the history and scope of the Consumer Fraud Act with a special focus on its applicability to the sale and repair of home appliances, and the sale of furniture and furnishings.

He’ll provide insight into who has standing to sue, the types of misconduct constituting consumer fraud, and the concept of establishing ascertainable loss.

Time permitting, he will answer questions from the audience. Attendees are encouraged to ask about any of the issues covered, or provide stories and examples that might be relevant.
